Current Openings: 

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager must be a detail-oriented individual with the ability to perform and oversee detailed administrative functions, manage consultant contracts, and supervise administrative staff. The successful candidate must have a team-based perspective, a strong sense of fundamental fairness, demonstrated respect for staff and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Air Quality Advocate & Research Associate

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide technical support to all EHC campaigns in order to protect human health and the environment. The Air Quality Advocate & Research Associate works to advance policies and projects that reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from transportation and stationary sources.

City Heights Community Organizer

The bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese) Community Organizer works with EHC community leaders, members and staff to develop and implement community organizing, training, empowerment and leadership development strategies focused on environmental justice issues focused on climate justice, land use, air pollution, and transportation justice in the San Diego region.

Communications Manager

EHC is seeking a skilled and dedicated communications professional to join our team. The Communications Manager should be an excellent writer and editor; have a flair for social media and website proficiency, and a demonstrated ability to create bold, powerful, clear, and strategic messaging and effectively disseminate them using a wide range of tools and technology. The successful candidate must share a commitment to environmental, social and racial justice.
