I strongly disagree with the author of "Sunrise Powerlink: Clean Power for a Clean Bayfront." The SPL promises to encourage the ruination of our border neighborhoods in Baja California (read: our region too!), as well as ruin the many communities along its 150 mile way up Southern California as well. There are better energy solutions that keep the bay clean, and other people's back yards clean as well. There are thousands of San Diegans opposed to it! In fact, the Environmental Health Coalition -- who has led a strong campaign to keep the bay clean ... has not endorsed it either.
