Congresswoman Susan Davis has refused to take a position on the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). CAFTA will spread throughout Central America and the Dominican Republic the same INJUSTICE that NAFTA and corporate globalization brought to our communities in the San Diego/Tijuana region.
